EULA - End User License Agreement

CLIKPORT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This is a legal agreement between you the end user and Frontier Publishing, owned by Jarrett Oliver. By installing this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly uninstall the CLIKPORT files from your hard drive.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Frontier Publishing grants you the right to install the Software on as many computers as you desire. However, a separate license will need to be purchased for each ClickBank nickname.

2. COPYRIGHT. This program is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not rent or lease the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Frontier Publishing disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchant ability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the SOFTWARE and the accompanying written materials. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other warranties which vary from state to state.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event will Frontier Publishing or its suppliers or distributors be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if Frontier Publishing has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
